Carhub Auto Accessories is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support its automotive customization and auto accessories business in Dubai.
The role supports HR operations, employee administration, recruitment coordination, attendance, documentation, and payroll-related activities.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily HR activities and employee-related administrative matters.
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, absences, overtime, and duty schedules, and prepare HR reports.
- Coordinate recruitment, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and required documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, forms, and personnel documents.
- Coordinate payroll inputs covering attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and employee changes.
- Follow up on visa, medical, insurance, and other employment documentation.
- Respond to employee queries, support HR policies and processes, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with the PRO.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR coordination or HR administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, work independently, and manage multiple HR tasks.
- UAE labor law knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in the automotive, workshop, retail, or service industry is advantageous.
