Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative, business, and personal support to the Director.
Maintain discretion, organization, professionalism, and confidentiality while managing multiple priorities.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The role is full-time and performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s schedules, appointments, meetings, commitments, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, letters, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidential records, files, contracts, and important documents.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, employees, government offices, and other external parties.
- Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, transportation, and itineraries when required.
- Assist with research, personal matters, pending tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong organization, time management, multitasking, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and email/calendar management.
- High confidentiality, loyalty, integrity, and professionalism.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary starts from AED 3,000 per month and is competitive based on experience and qualifications.
