Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, laboratory, sales, administrative, and support positions.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Maintain shortlisted candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, pre-employment documentation, and recruitment reports.
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, medical fitness, Emirates ID, and other employment formalities.
- Conduct exit formalities, clearance procedures, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate visa cancellation and final documentation for departing employees.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
- Update employee information in the HR system.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Prepare HR reports, employee lists, management reports, and HR trackers.
Payroll and Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, deductions, unpaid leave, and salary adjustments.
