About the Role

  • We’re looking for an HR Compliance Advisor who can wear two hats: a trusted advisor who guides clients through UAE labour law and HR processes, and a relationship driven business developer who grows our client base.

Key Responsibilities HR Advisory & Compliance

  • Provide end to end (360 degree) HR advisory to clients, covering the full employee lifecycle and all related compliance matters.
  • Provide practical, accurate advisory to clients on UAE Labour Law, including employee lifecycle management, gratuity calculations, final settlements, and employment compliance requirements.
  • Guide clients on recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Advise on HR administration matters including employee documentation, employment contracts, HR policies, job descriptions, payroll, and WPS compliance.
  • Stay current on GPSSA, Emiratization requirements, and other UAE employment related regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Support clients with day to day HR process queries and ongoing compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Relations

  • Connect regularly with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and pitch relevant HR/compliance products and services.
  • Identify and generate new business leads through social networking, industry events, referrals, and other outreach methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into long term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resource Management (or related field); certification in Labour Law preferred.
  • Professional HR certification such as CHRM, CHRP, or CIPD preferred.
  • HR experience with strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law (candidates from an HR consultancy background or with experience managing HR for a large team are preferred).
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of total HR work experience.
  • Prior UAE work experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in business development, client relationship management, or sales within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable building professional networks and generating leads through social platforms and in person engagement.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and confident in client facing settings.
