Role Overview

  • YOUGotaGift is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the MENA region. This role bridges business strategy with people solutions, driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategies in a fast paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate commercial objectives into actionable people strategies, workforce plans, and organizational design that support regional growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess organizational health, talent gaps, and capability requirements
  • Provide strategic counsel on people implications of business decisions, including market expansion and operational changes
  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning to build strong pipelines for critical roles and high potential talent across MENA markets
  • Drive performance management processes that differentiate top performers and enable continuous feedback culture
  • Champion learning and development initiatives that build organizational capabilities aligned with business strategy
  • Cultivate high performance, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action planning
  • Serve as coach and mediator in complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
  • Lead change management and DEI initiatives that strengthen employer brand and organizational agility
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree No. 33 of 2021) and regulations across regional jurisdictions
  • Oversee HR policies, compensation and benefits strategies, and government relations including visa processing and PRO services
  • Coordinate with HR teams across group entities to facilitate talent mobility and knowledge sharing
