Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to translate commercial objectives into actionable people strategies, workforce plans, and organizational design
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess organizational health, talent gaps, and capability requirements
- Provide strategic counsel on people implications of business decisions, including market expansion and operational changes
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning to build strong pipelines for critical roles
- Drive performance management processes that differentiate top performers and enable continuous feedback culture
- Champion learning and development initiatives that build organizational capabilities aligned with business strategy
- Cultivate high performance, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action planning
- Serve as coach and mediator in complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
- Lead change management and DEI initiatives that strengthen employer brand and organizational agility
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree No. 33 of 2021) and regulations across regional jurisdictions
- Oversee HR policies, compensation and benefits strategies, and government relations including visa processing and PRO services
- Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends, retention, engagement, and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders in fast paced, technology driven, or digital environments
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and regional labour regulations
- CIPD Level 5 or higher, SHRM CP/SCP, or equivalent HR certification (preferred)
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries or free zones in the MENA region (preferred)
- Background in startup, scale up, or high growth technology companies (preferred)

- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, HR analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to translate metrics into insights and recommendations
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices including agile performance management, design thinking, and employee experience
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and total rewards strategies
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and business orientation
- Consultative approach with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Cultural intelligence and comfort navigating diverse, multi cultural environments

- Integrity, discretion, and sound ethical judgment in handling sensitive matters
- Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
