- Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on sensitive people issues and complex decision making
- Use data analytics to inform people decisions and identify root causes of organizational issues
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Drive standard work excellence and ensure process consistency across the organization
- Escalate structural, cultural, or systemic risks that impact the population
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast paced, and customer driven environment
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Gen AI Fluency
- Experience managing small to medium scale projects
