Responsibilities
- Support leaders and employees through organizational change with clarity, empathy, and care
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, serving as a go to advisor on people matters
- Use modern HR technology and AI tools to support work, leveraging data and metrics to identify trends
- Provide hands on support for performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations
- Partner with leaders on talent reviews, succession planning, and career development conversations
- Work closely with fellow HRBPs, People Operations Specialists, and Centres of Excellence to share knowledge and align on best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years as an HRBP or in a progressive HR generalist role, ideally supporting technology or high growth business groups
- Post secondary degree in Human Resources or Business and relevant HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in using AI tools, HRIS platforms, and Google Workspace
- An understanding of how business objectives connect to people strategies
- A proven ability to build trust, navigate conflict with diplomacy

What you'll bring to the role
