Role Description
This full-time remote role supports day-to-day HR operations at VFX and AI User Group.
The role combines employee records administration, HR systems support, training coordination, compliance assistance, and employee communication.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate benefits administration and support related inquiries.
- Perform HRIS data entry and support reporting.
- Assist with HR policies and compliance.
- Coordinate training schedules, organize sessions, and track participation.
- Support internal communication with employees and community contributors.
- Collaborate with management to address HR inquiries and provide timely support.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated human resources and HR management skills, including experience supporting HR operations and policies.
- Experience using HRIS for data management, reporting, and employee records.
- Knowledge of benefits administration.
- Experience coordinating training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a remote collaborative environment.
