Role Description
Support core HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and positive employee engagement across the organization.
Work with HR managers, talent acquisition leads, payroll specialists, and business unit leaders on operational workflows.
Maintain accurate HR records and deliver structured, service-oriented workplace administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment schedules and talent acquisition logistics.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain employee documentation.
- Support employee relations and respond to staff questions about HR policies.
- Maintain HR databases and records in an audit-ready condition.
- Administer employee benefits and leave records.
- Assist with monthly payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave reconciliation, and claims administration.
- Execute employee orientation sessions.
- Handle personal data confidentially and support employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven understanding of generalist HR functions, recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
