Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR related documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Support visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and other government related procedures
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and supporting documentation
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes
- Prepare HR reports, employee databases, and monthly HR metrics
- Assist in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Facility Management, Construction, or Service industry in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Qualifications and Requirements
