About the Role
NEWCOM Computer Systems LLC is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive with strong recruitment and office administration skills. You will manage end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, employee records, and payroll inputs, while handling office administration, visa processing, and compliance.

- Manage end to end recruitment and hiring, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Prepare payroll inputs and support HR documentation
- Address employee HR related queries and support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Support visa processing, labor documentation, insurance coordination, and compliance requirements
- Maintain HR files, contracts, and statutory documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration with proven hiring expertise
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- UAE HR/Admin experience is preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive with strong expertise in recruitment and office administration. The ideal candidate will support end to end HR operations while ensuring smooth day to day administrative functions.
