Manpower Planning and Budgeting

  • Prepare and analyze current manpower inventories to identify skills, requirements, and short- and long-term staffing needs.
  • Identify recruitment costs, reward schemes, and other cost factors in the HR strategy.
  • Create, update, and maintain organization charts according to the approved manpower plan.
  • Participate in planning and developing the company’s HR manpower budget.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Support compensation and benefits strategies and reward systems aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain related compensation, benefits, and reward policies and procedures.
  • Recommend improvements to current benefit schemes and introduce effective compensation and benefits practices.
  • Establish wage and salary structures and pay-for-performance programs and review their effectiveness and cost containment.
  • Monitor local market conditions and competitor benefit schemes and recommend compensation, benefits, and reward packages.

HR Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare HR best-practice reports and proposals and recommend solutions based on recognized HR trends and patterns.
  • Conduct HR analysis and prepare reports and proposals to support HR planning and organizational development processes.

Continuous Development

  • Track contemporary human resources practices, policies, systems, and trends.
  • Recommend plans and strategies to support the company’s organizational and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, systems, and current human resources trends.
  • Ability to analyze workforce requirements, compensation practices, benefits schemes, and related HR data.
