Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise on HR strategy, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, nationalization, and organizational design.
- Guide culture, engagement, employee experience, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Advise on HR operations governance, including payroll, employee relations, grievance management, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze workforce data and trends and recommend solutions for talent, capability, and organizational challenges.
- Review learning and development strategies, HR frameworks, and materials submitted to governance bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
- English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Professional certifications in human resources are preferred.
