- Must speak any Indian language or Tagalog

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Cum Admin Recruitment, Mobilization & Administration professional to support recruitment operations, employee mobilization, visa processing, workforce administration, and general office administration activities.
- This position is ideal for professionals with experience in manpower supply, construction, engineering, oil & gas, industrial services, manufacturing, or project based environments.
- Must speak any Indian languages or Tagalog.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment databases/ATS.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and hiring documentation while tracking recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate workforce mobilization, employee deployment, and project manpower requirements.
- Manage visa processing, work permits, immigration documentation, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and onboarding logistics for employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Support payroll inputs, employee orientation programs, and HR administrative functions.
- Prepare workforce reports, manpower planning data, mobilization trackers, and operational analytics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, immigration regulations, and company procedures while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
