Job Overview

  • We are looking for a detail oriented HR Administrator with 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations to support day to day HR processes and ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment documentation and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain and track headcount, HR records, and employee data.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation.
  • Liaise with line managers and candidates on HR related matters.
