Role purpose
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and administration services.
Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, workplace services, facilities, security, and accommodation.
Deliver a compliant, efficient, employee-focused environment that supports business continuity and organizational objectives.
HR operations and talent management
- Manage job requisitions, position creation, sourcing, candidate screening, structured assessments, offers, and HR system updates.
- Oversee employment and rental manpower contracts in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure completion of pre-onboarding, onboarding, documentation, system access, induction, and pending requirements.
- Monitor early employee attrition and implement retention actions.
Employee relations and development
- Manage employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, documentation, and case closure.
- Guide line management on employee relations practices and labor regulations.
- Identify training needs, support annual training plans, coordinate training programs, and monitor effectiveness.
