Responsibilities
- Lead HR and personnel operations for the IT business unit, including employee engagement, performance evaluation, and local policy implementation
- Act as subject matter expert on Saudization initiatives, monitoring and optimizing company standing within the Nitaqat framework
- Manage employment contracts, global mobility transfers, and regulatory compliance via Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI
- Collaborate with technical leadership to understand technical hiring profiles and facilitate smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, payroll input verification, and local grievance handling in compliance with KSA Labor Law
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT related management field
- Solid experience as an HR Supervisor or Senior Officer in the Information Technology or technical services industry
- Expert level understanding of Nitaqat compliance, Saudization metrics, and Saudi Ministry of Human Resources regulations
- Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent business writing skills
- 4 years of experience with Nitaqat (preferred)

Position Overview

- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR & Admin Supervisor to join our founding team.
- This role blends hands on personnel operations with strategic compliance, focusing heavily on nationalization goals, workforce planning, and navigating talent dynamics within a fast paced technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR and personnel operations for the IT business unit, including employee engagement, performance evaluation, and local policy implementation.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Saudization initiatives, actively monitoring and optimizing company standing within the Nitaqat framework.
