We are currently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented **HR & Admin Officer** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of UAE experience and the ability to manage HR operations efficiently within a project-based environment.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, responsive, and capable of handling workforce coordination, documentation, and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate **project-wise timesheets**, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in coordination with managers and employees
- Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and ensure proper tracking in line with company policies.
- Handle documentation and processing for **airside and landside passes**, including maintaining updated records and renewals.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, including site allocations, pass details, and project assignments.
- Arrange and coordinate **transportation for employees** based on site requirements and project schedules.
- Plan and execute **employee transfers** between projects based on workload and operational needs.
- Prepare and manage **vehicle timesheets**, driver schedules, and monthly transport reports per project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of required workforce.
- Support in planning and mobilizing the required number of operatives as per project demands.
- Address **employee concerns** and provide timely coordination with the Head Office for resolutions.
- Maintain strong communication with the Head Office, ensuring all updates, reports, and requirements are shared on time.
- Handle HR documentation including **resignations, interview assessments, and employee records** with proper tracking and filing.
- Assist in maintaining organized HR records and support other HR functions as required.
- Utilize **Excel effectively** for reporting, tracking, and maintaining accurate data records.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR & Admin Officer in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee coordination, and administrative functions
- Experience in handling transport logistics and project-based workforce coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation management
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
