About the Role

- Supervise the daily operations of the labour camp
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
- Allocate rooms and maintain camp occupancy records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion
- Ensure camp rules and company policies are followed
- Handle employee accommodation related concerns and report issues to HR
- Coordinate transportation and other camp related requirements when required
- Maintain camp inventory and basic records
- Conduct regular inspections and report any health, safety, or maintenance issues
- Support the HR and Administration team with employee accommodation matters
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in construction or engineering industry preferred
- Communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle employee concerns professionally
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview
