Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee transportation, site allocations, and workforce movement across projects
- Prepare and maintain project timesheets, attendance, overtime, and related reports
- Coordinate employee transfers based on operational requirements
- Handle documentation for airside and landside passes, including renewals and record maintenance
- Maintain accurate employee records, project assignments, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors for manpower deployment and workforce requirements
- Liaise with project teams and Head Office to ensure smooth day to day administrative operations
- Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support HR activities including employee records, resignations, and general HR administration
- Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation using Microsoft Excel
- Perform other administration and HR coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in Administration, HR Coordination, or HR & Administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in workforce coordination, transportation arrangements, and project administration
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and administrative processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced project environment and manage multiple priorities
- Must be available to join immediately

Job Overview
