The employer is hiring an experienced HR/Admin Coordinator for its factory in Abu Dhabi Industrial City – ICAD III, UAE.
The job is full-time and requires in-person work.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with visa processing, offer letters, and employee onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Process payroll.
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, labor, and medical insurance documentation with the PRO.
- Handle employee inquiries about HR policies, leave, benefits, and other HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to speak English and good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
- Immediate joining is advantageous.
- Tagalog language ability is advantageous.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the Abu Dhabi Industrial City – ICAD III factory.
