Overview

  • We are looking for motivated UAE National candidates (Freshers or Experienced) to join our team in Administrative, HR, or Procurement roles.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their careers in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the department.
  • Assist in HR activities such as documentation, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Support procurement processes including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and follow ups.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for day to day operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
