- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee related documents
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and orientation coordination
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee record updates
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment administration
- Track visa, labor card, passport, and other employee document renewals
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
- Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or office administration
- Knowledge of HR processes and UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
