Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll support
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support employee relations and performance management activities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounts
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets and expenses
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Accounting
- Experience in healthcare, medical centers, or aesthetic clinics is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
