Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HP, EPSON, RICOH, and KYOCERA printers and copiers
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal device performance
- Install and configure printers at customer locations
- Manage print related issues and provide technical support to end users
- Respond to service calls and document work performed
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with the service team to meet service level commitments
- Advise customers on best practices to improve printer reliability and print quality
- Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong printer support skills including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HP or other printer/copier brands
- Print production and printing knowledge
- Inkjet technology understanding
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, IT, or related field
- Previous experience as a printer technician or field service engineer
- Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to work on site across different customer locations in Dubai
- UAE driving license (preferred)

Role Description
- Full time, on site HP/EPSON/RICOH/KYOCERA Printer Service Engineer role in Dubai.
- Diagnose and repair printers and copiers, perform routine maintenance, and ensure optimal device performance.
- Handle installation and configuration of printers at customer locations, manage print related issues, and provide technical support.
- Daily tasks include responding to service calls, documenting work, maintaining spare parts inventory, and coordinating with the service team.
- Advise customers on best practices to improve printer reliability and print quality, following safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Printer Support skills including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HP or any printer/copier brand.
- Print Production and Printing knowledge.
- Inkjet technology understanding.
