We specialize in enterprise print infrastructure, optimization, and service delivery across HP, Epson, Ricoh, Kyocera and Canon environments.

We are expanding our MPS business and looking for a high‑performing

Business Development Manager

with deep UAE industry experience.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive new business acquisition, manage key enterprise accounts, and expand our MPS footprint across UAE.

The ideal candidate must already be working in the UAE MPS industry with hands‑on experience selling or managing HP or multi‑brand print solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for Managed Print Solutions across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement, IT, and facilities teams in target accounts.
  • Conduct print assessments, TCO analysis, and solution presentations.
  • Work closely with HP and distributors to structure competitive proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including proposals, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and SLA adherence.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing intelligence.

Required Experience

  • **Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE**
  • selling or managing Managed Print Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of

Hp Mps

  • ; experience with Epson, Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, or Xerox is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the print/document solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of print fleet optimization, cost-per-page models, and service contracts.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
