Channel Sales Manager (Uae)

to build a strong ERP reseller ecosystem across the Emirates.

The Channel Sales Manager Will

  • Recruit ERP‑capable resellers across UAE
  • Drive ERP module sales (HRMS and others)
  • Conduct ERP demos & pre‑sales sessions
  • Train partners on product workflows
  • Support partners with device integrations
  • Build BluAI’s UAE channel engine from the ground up

1. ERP Channel Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard partners selling:
  • Odoo
  • SAP B1

• Zoho Books And Zoho Inventory

  • Tally UAE

• Focus ERP And Sage And Elate

  • Accounting & inventory solutions
  • Attendance device sellers (Zkteco and other brands)
  • Build a reseller network across all emirates of UAE
  • Negotiate partner tiers, margins, and targets

2. ERP Pre‑Sales & Demo Ownership

  • Run demos for:

• HRMS & Payroll

  • Explain UAE VAT workflows
  • Support partners with implementation guidance

3. Channel Revenue Ownership

  • Drive monthly and quarterly ERP revenue
  • Ensure partner activation (first 2–3 deals)
  • Track partner pipeline and performance
  • Manage renewals and upsell opportunities

4. Partner Enablement

  • Train partners on ERP workflows
  • Build demo scripts, pricing sheets, and sales kits
  • Conduct monthly partner webinars
  • Support partners with device integrations (ZKTeco, access control)

5. Market Expansion

  • Build presence across UAE regions
  • Conduct partner events, workshops, and webinars
  • Represent BluAI in ERP/SME events

Experience

  • 7–12 years in
  • ERP channel sales
  • in UAE
  • Experience with:

• Zoho Books And Inventory

  • Tally UAE

• Focus ERP And Sage And Elate

  • Strong reseller network in UAE
  • Understanding of UAE VAT, accounting, and inventory workflows

Skills

  • ERP pre‑sales & demos
  • Channel partner recruitment
  • Territory management
  • Strong communication (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
  • Negotiation & commercial structuring

Compensation (Uae Market Standard)

  • per month including all allowances
