Requirements
- Master’s degree in Housing Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in housing development, settlement planning, or infrastructure projects
- At least 5 years in a senior advisory or leadership role in housing strategies
- Experience in housing programs, resettlement schemes, and community based settlement initiatives
- Proven experience in policy development, feasibility studies, and integration of housing projects into broader urban development frameworks
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community participation, and capacity building for housing and settlement projects
- Prior experience working with Donor funded projects is highly desirable
