Overview
- An international consultancy engineering company is seeking a Financial Expert Oil and Gas for its Oil and Gas project in East Africa, Rwanda.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a must.
- Additional training in public financial management, project finance, or infrastructure financing is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in financial management for bachelor's degree holders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience for master's degree holders.
- Preferably in large scale infrastructure projects like power generation, transmission, oil/petroleum and gas storage facility.
