Position Overview

What You Will Do

• Sort, count, tag, and dispatch soiled linen to the laundry.
• Deliver guest request items and place or remove extra beds, baby cots, pillows, and other requested items.
• Count and deliver clean linen to allocated floor locations.
• Assist with laundry, the uniform room, and housekeeping floors, including room linen and area cleaning.
• Action and complete calls and guest requests according to standards.
• Issue clean food and beverage linen and track shortages and damaged items.
• Coordinate clean and dirty linen with the pool, gym, and spa teams.
• Maintain linen paperwork and prepare monthly reports for linen sent to the laundry.
• Inventory linen, housekeeping amenities, guest request items, uniforms, chemicals, and OSE items.
• Follow up on missing, stained, damaged, or outstanding linen and order supplies as necessary.
• Keep corridors and pantry areas clean, tidy, and correctly stocked.
• Log, store, and hand over Lost and Found items according to policy and procedures.

What You Will Bring

• At least one year of experience in a similar position in a luxury five-star brand.
• Experience working for luxury hotels and a high school education.
• Comfortably communicate in English, the primary language used in the hotel.
• Computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest service ethic.
• Ability to work as a hands-on team player, multitask, and think on your feet.
• A passionate, dynamic, organized, articulate, adaptable, and guest-focused approach.
