You'll love what you do and take pride in driving commercial performance through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

• Own the preparation, analysis, and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commercial reporting across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other revenue-generating departments.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated reporting tools, dashboards, and performance trackers to improve business visibility and decision-making.
• Analyse key commercial KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOPPAR, market share, channel production, segmentation performance, F&B capture rates, and Spa revenues.
• Produce detailed trend analysis, forecasting models, pace reports, pickup analysis, and business intelligence summaries to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Hotel Operations teams with actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of data across all commercial systems
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and analytical tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear reporting, visual dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the hotel.

• Establish and maintain rate plans to ensure accurate pricing and distribution across all channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand indicators to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits of revenue management and distribution systems to ensure accurate availability across all
• Implement relevant changes to pricing, inventory and other restriction strategies based on business demand.

What you'll bring

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Revenue Analyst or Data Analyst within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret financial, operational, and commercial data and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, market segmentation, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify revenue-enhancing opportunities through analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Rooms, F&B, and Spa teams.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
