Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage outlet operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Greet guests, present menus, recommend items, and upsell through product and menu knowledge.
- Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, equipment, and service standards.
- Train and mentor waiters and support team members to deliver consistent service.
- Monitor revenue targets, control costs within budget, and manage beverage expenses.
- Attend daily pre-service briefings and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Optimize reservations, productivity, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Maintain beverage preparation, presentation, and inventory standards.
What You Bring
- Bring a positive attitude, passion for hospitality, strong communication, and a customer-service ethic.
- Demonstrate leadership, mentoring ability, attention to detail, hands-on teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Communicate comfortably in English; Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German are highly desirable.
- Hold a relevant professional certification or hotel-school diploma and substantial luxury hotel or restaurant experience in the Middle East.
