Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housemaid/Nanny to provide high standard household management and childcare support.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, and well organised home environment, assist with daily domestic tasks, and care for children with warmth and professionalism.

Household Management

  • Carry out general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and bathroom cleaning to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Manage laundry duties: washing, ironing, folding, and organising clothing and linens.
  • Perform kitchen support tasks such as basic meal preparation, dishwashing, clearing and tidying kitchen surfaces, and maintaining pantry organisation.
  • Ensure household supplies are stocked and inform the employer of required items; assist in simple grocery shopping when requested.
  • Maintain order in common areas, bedrooms, and storage spaces; undertake occasional deep cleaning projects as scheduled.
  • Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or health and safety concerns promptly to the employer.

Childcare & Nanny Duties

  • Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for children in line with parents' routines and requests.
  • Plan and supervise age appropriate activities, playtime, and learning opportunities to support children's development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, and assist with mealtime routines.
  • Assist with children's personal care including bathing, dressing, and toilet support as required.
  • Support school and nursery routines: preparing children for school, organising belongings, and assisting with homework or reading where applicable.
  • Maintain clear and respectful communication with parents regarding children's wellbeing, routines, and any incidents.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience of 2+ years in household management, housekeeping, or professional childcare roles.
  • Formal childcare qualifications, first aid certification, or Early Years qualifications are desirable.
  • Good command of English for day to day communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid right to work in the UAE and relevant background checks as required by the employer.
