- Monitor daily operations to maintain excellence in food presentation and table settings
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and service teams to enhance menu offerings, seasonal selections, and overall dining experiences
- Support the planning and execution of private functions, VIP events, and special occasions
- Maintain and continuously improve food and beverage service standards across all assigned properties
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, pantries, kitchens, service stations, and back of house facilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs for Food & Beverage team
- Assess staff performance and identify development opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, Occupational Health & Safety standards
- Work collaboratively with Property Managers for Event Coordination
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 8 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, including supervisory or management roles in luxury hotels, private property or VIP residences
- Previous experience serving UHNWIs is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards
- Comprehensive understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with complete discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities

Job Summary
- The F&B Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at VIP private Residences, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- The role focuses on delivering a world class hospitality experience through effective team leadership, staff development and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage service operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, discretion, and personalized service are consistently delivered.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain excellence in food presentation and table settings.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and service teams to enhance menu offerings, seasonal selections, and overall dining experiences.
- Support the planning and execution of private functions, VIP events, and special occasions, ensuring seamless coordination with the Property Manager and all operational departments.
- Maintain and continuously improve food and beverage service standards across all assigned properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, pantries, kitchens, service stations, and back of house facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs for Food & Beverage team.
- Assess staff performance and identify development opportunities to improve service quality and employee engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and all applicable legislation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control teams and relevant stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance throughout all food and beverage operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Property Managers for Event Coordination.
- Report operational issues promptly and recommend solutions that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, including supervisory or management roles in luxury hotels, private property or VIP residences.
- Previous experience serving UHNWIs, is highly desirable.
