HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR - Staff Accommodation
Hamilton Island is seeking an organised and detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Staff Accommodation team. With a primary focus on property inspections, hygiene, safety and accommodation standards, you'll help ensure our employee accommodation is maintained to a high standard while also supporting residents with day-to-day administration and accommodation services.

Your Role
- As Staff Accommodation Inspections Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be conducting regular inspections across staff accommodation units, buildings and grounds to ensure quality, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. You'll identify issues, coordinate corrective actions and follow them through to completion while also providing administrative support across resident services, maintenance, check-ins and check-outs.

Conduct unit inspections and prepare condition reports following check-outs
Complete weekly health and hygiene inspections across Staff Accommodation
Conduct routine building, grounds and property inspections
Identify and report maintenance issues, damage and safety hazards
Follow up maintenance and corrective actions through to completion
