- Identify and resolve housekeeping issues promptly
- Respond to client complaints and concerns
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
- Supervise and monitor cleaning and housekeeping safety plan
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line supervisor/manager

- Experience in housekeeping supervision

- Knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping procedures
