Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department with a luxury approach
- Maintain attention to detail in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces
- Inspire, train, and mentor the housekeeping team
- Monitor and control usage of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Prioritize guest satisfaction and address concerns immediately
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping policies and brand standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Foster communication and collaboration with other departments
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation of housekeeping activities
- Follow safety and security policies and report hazards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment in the UAE
- High School Diploma or equivalent; preference for certifications in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping
- Knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards is advantageous
- Computer literacy with mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Opera PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Compensation
- A fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 1 2 years of Supervisory Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Qualification, with a preference for additional certifications or training in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping Expertise.
- Knowledge and experience with Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) Standards is advantageous.
- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
- Strong understanding of Industry Regulations is beneficial.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Next Level Organisational and Supervisory skills.
- Find creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
- Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability.
- ‘FIVE Styled’ Visionary thinking.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a Plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the Daily Operations of FIVE’s award winning Housekeeping Department with a ‘FIVE Styled’ Approach.
- Maintains sensational Attention to Detail, curating stunning Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and back of house spaces.
- Inspires, trains, and mentors the Housekeeping Team to apply boundary breaking Cleaning Techniques.
- Monitors and controls the Usage of premium Housekeeping Supplies and equipment.
- Prioritises Guest Satisfaction by Celebrating Excellence in Housekeeping.
- Ensures Compliance with all Housekeeping Policies, procedures, and industry leading Brand Standards.
- Conducts regular, remarkable Inspections of Guest Rooms and public areas.
- Fosters effective Communication and Collaboration with other Departments.
- Communicates issues to the next shift and completes Required Paperwork.
- Maintains Records, reports, and documentation of Housekeeping Activities.
- Follows FIVE’s Safety and Security Policies and Procedures.
- Promotes and enforces first in class Health and Safety Practices.
