What We’re Looking For

  • Previous internship or experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, project coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
  • A proactive, organised and solution oriented mindset with strong follow up skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic Digital Marketing team.
  • Experience in the hospitality, lifestyle or luxury industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of website requests by coordinating with internal teams and external development agencies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc digital marketing reports, dashboards and presentations.
  • Conduct regular website audits and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality across digital platforms.
  • Manage and maintain business listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bandsintown, and other third party platforms.
  • Ensure business information, operating hours, event details and digital assets remain accurate and up to date across all platforms.
  • Track project progress, maintain Asana and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor digital platforms, identify issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team with day to day operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of digital marketing operations.
