Position : Housekeeping Supervisor

Department : Facilities Maintenance

Reports To : Facilities Lead /Asst. Facilities Lead

To support our best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. To keep the venue clean, organized and in tip-top shape.

To supervise all housekeeping staff and demonstrates the task on hand.

To conduct inspection in all areas cleaned by External Contracting Cleaning Staff during night shift and record any work not properly done then informs the appropriate person.

To supervise and monitor the cleaning in all public areas.

To supervise and monitor the daily disposal of collected wastes from all areas.

Prepare cleaning checklists and duty roaster for all the housekeeping staff.

Allocates work schedule to all housekeeping staff.

Assigns housekeeping staff of their duties and inspects work in accordance with the prescribe standards of cleanliness.

To supervise the collection, delivery and issuance of linen and uniforms.

To monitor inventories stock and consumables to ensure adequate supplies.

Request for cleaning chemicals and equipment’s as per site requirements

To ensure guest and staff toilets are replenished with supplies.

Assists on function sites and delegates housekeeping requirement as per function.

Conduct training to housekeeping staff for the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Maintain proper storage of all consumables, tools and equipment.

Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.

Topgolf is a part of EGC and Housekeeping Supervisor if required will be asked to work at the Club.

Liaises amongst housekeeping staffs to management.

Supports the administration of the department through maintenance coordination.

Participate in Topgolf-Dubai emergency response team.

To report to his superior all deficiencies and defects within the area of his responsibility noted in the course of his duty.

To demonstrate good leadership skills and motivation of his subordinates.

To show good abilities in human resources management of his subordinates.

To ensure punctual attendance at work of all housekeeping staff.

To assist the Facilities Lead/Assistant Facilities Lead in the creation of an efficient and professional housekeeping team.

To assist with the departmental training programmes, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the Topgolf-Dubai policies relating to Fire, Safety, Health and Hygiene, and that these policies are strictly adhered to.

To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.

To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.

To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.

To perform other duties outside the normal routine if so required, within the scope of the department.

2 . Ancillary Duties :

In line with the Dubai Golf’s continual improvement and the involvement with General Operations, the Housekeeping Supervisor is required to participate in various extra activities contributing to the growth of the Topgolf-Dubai culture including various evening functions.

Read, Understand and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl DG.

Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.

Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.

All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk.
