- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5 star luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Customer oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be currently in UAE
