Position Summary
- Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
- Empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, including delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces.
- Ensure a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
