Housekeeping Manager position based at a luxury brand resort in Sharjah, UAE.
The role oversees housekeeping operations and develops a large team while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of hospitality industry experience, including 3 years in a similar high-volume, large-team role.
- Strong leadership, people management, organizational, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Budgeting, cost control, operational efficiency, and change management experience.
- Experience in European luxury hospitality standards is preferred.
- English is required for communication; Arabic is an advantage.
Housekeeping Operations
- Lead and manage the full housekeeping department.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards and conduct daily inspections.
- Manage staffing, training, scheduling, performance, systems, procedures, and service standards.
- Control linen, uniform, and cleaning supply inventory and coordinate procurement and suppliers.
- Oversee maintenance follow-up, pest control, deep cleaning, and staff development.
- Prepare reports, resolve operational issues and complaints, and implement efficiency improvements.
Salary
- Monthly salary is AED 20,000 to AED 24,500 depending on experience.
