Position
The Assistant Nanny supports the primary nanny or caregiver in providing attentive and nurturing care to children.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with children's daily routines, educational activities, and recreational activities.
- Help ensure children's safety and foster a positive, supportive environment.
- Assist with light household tasks related to children's care.
Qualifications and Experience
- An Advanced Childcare Certificate or similar qualification is required.
- First Aid certification is required.
- Fluent English is required.
- At least two years of childcare experience is required.
- Experience with children aged 7 to 18 years is required.
- Experience with VVIP clients is highly regarded.
Required Capabilities
- Work effectively in teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate seamlessly.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Follow food safety policies and protocols.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards.
- Remain composed in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel is required.
Salary
- The salary is AED 2,500 tax-free per month, excluding a phone allowance.
- The salary increases to AED 4,000 after two years.

- One economy flight per annum is provided.
- The role includes 30 days of vacation.
Work Schedule
- The work schedule is six days per week.
Relocation and Visa
- The client will assist with the work visa and relocate the successful candidate if they are not local.
