Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train housekeeping staff.
- Assign tasks and schedules.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections of indoor areas (rooms, lounges, bathrooms, kitchen and storage areas) and outdoor areas (gardens, walkways, roads and pavements).
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC problems.
- Coordinate with maintenance/Engineering teams to address repairs and replacements.
- Managing and ensuring the availability of supplies.
