Role Overview
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleanliness, presentation, and housekeeping standards across the club's facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping team and maintain luxury standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and service.
- Plan schedules, task allocations, shift coverage, inspections, and housekeeping priorities across club facilities.
- Coordinate with operations, hospitality, membership, events, equestrian, and maintenance teams.
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, linen, uniforms, amenities, inventory, and supplier replenishment.
- Establish procedures, checklists, cleaning schedules, and inspection standards.
- Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff and support recruitment, onboarding, and development.
- Respond to member and guest requests and coordinate housekeeping for VIP visits, private events, and functions.
- Ensure safe chemical and equipment handling and report maintenance issues, hazards, damage, lost property, and safety concerns.
