Overview
- **Cleaning & Sanitizing:** Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces in rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- **Bedroom & Bathroom Maintenance:** Changing bed linens, washing/folding towels, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks).
- **Laundry Services:** Washing, drying, ironing, and sorting laundry, including clothing or household linens.
- **Stock Management:** Replenishing guest amenities, toiletries, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
- **Waste Management:** Emptying trash bins, cleaning up spills, and disposing of garbage/recycling.
- **Safety & Compliance:** Adhering to health and safety regulations, cleaning up spills, and reporting any damages or safety hazards to supervisors.
- **Organisation:** Keeping common areas tidy, organizing rooms, and, in private settings, managing wardrobes or running errands.
- **Equipment Care:** Maintaining, cleaning, and storing housekeeping equipment (e.g., vacuums, trolleys) after use.
