Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests, provide accurate wait times during peak hours, and escort customers to their tables.
- Reservation Management: Handle booking requests in person or over the phone, confirm upcoming reservations, and manage seating charts.
- Team Coordination: Communicate directly with servers, bussers, and the kitchen to manage seating flow, table turnover, and large party arrivals.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, accommodate special seating requests, and handle basic complaints empathetically before escalating to management.
- Front of House Maintenance: Maintain a tidy host stand, organize and sanitize menus, and ensure the entrance area remains clean and welcoming.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,652 AED 6,000 per month
