Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas to established 5 star luxury standards
- Prepare rooms for arrival, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and replenishment of amenities
- Ensure all guest supplies, linens, and amenities are fully stocked and presented according to brand standards
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and overall presentation meet quality expectations
- Report maintenance defects, damages, and safety hazards promptly to the Engineering or Supervisory team
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when required
- Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
- Follow daily task schedules and productivity targets while maintaining high attention to detail
- Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by supervisors
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Housekeeping or Hospitality is an advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5 star or luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage
- Fluency in Russian and basic English communication skills are required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
