About the Role
Khalidia Palace Hotel Dubai LLC is seeking a professional, friendly, Russian-speaking F&B Hostess to join their team. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming first impression
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner while presenting menus and providing basic menu guidance
- Maintain an organized and efficient hostess desk, ensuring all reservation logs, seating charts, and guest lists are up to date
- Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and seating needs to the service and management teams
- Assist in coordinating waitlists during busy periods by providing accurate wait time estimates
- Ensure the entrance, lobby area, and hostess stand are clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times
- Support the service team by monitoring table status, coordinating table turnover, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary
- Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, special offers, and ongoing events to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with setting up and organizing special events, theme nights, and group dining arrangements as required
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, promotions, and restaurant services
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Hostess, Restaurant Hostess, or Guest Relations Associate in a 4 star or 5 star hotel or upscale restaurant
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
- Professional appearance, grooming, and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle high guest volumes, multitask effectively, and remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems, seating management, and luxury guest service standards
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
